Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order subsequently. Likewise, incorrectly ordered sizes cannot be exchanged. We recommend that you check our size chart carefully before ordering to avoid such situations.
- HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The shipping period is usually between 4 and 12 working days as it depends on various factors. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
- CAN DEFECTIVE ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?

Of course, defective shoes can be replaced provided they are new and unworn. Please note that the shoe box is excluded. We would be happy to provide you with further information on exchanging defective products.
